Summary:
North Carolina is a national renewable energy leader, producing more clean energy than any other state in the Southeast. The industry brings jobs, tax revenues, and economic prosperity to our state.
Clean energy investments also put food on tables and money into county budgets for important infrastructure projects, like schools and roads. On clean energy opportunities growing in our state, Mr. Fleming said:
