Renewable energy is gearing up to generate major megawatts in Virginia. The Commonwealth is bringing numerous new clean energy projects online in every corner of the state. The following is a map of small-scale renewable energy projects, including solar and wind developments. These projects have already been submitted to the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality — an affirmation of the developers’ intentions to begin building these renewable sources of power in the near future.
